For the birth rate at 2011 it was 19.24 in 2010 it was 19.51 so it increased by 0.30 (rounding) it goes back like that for a few more years. So I decreased it by 30 so at 2012 I estimated it would be 18.94 and at 2013 it would be 18.64 at 2014 it would be 18.34 in 2015 it would be 18.04 and in 2016 it would be 17.74. For the death rate in this order for 2009, 2010, and 2011 is 5.43, 5.45, and 5.47 it increases by 0.02 for a few years so in 2012 it would be 5.49 in 2013 it would be 5.51 in 2014 it would be 5.53 in 2015 it would be 5.55 and in 2016 it would be 5.57.
