I think it's not to confusing other than in the begging because i didn't know any of it. I knew what they were but not how to change a fraction into a decimal, or how to change a decimal into a percentage. It actuality really easy after i learned it. I would like to know about changing fractions to decimals because i still don't under stand it all.
Jacob, you wrote that you understand how to change fractions into decimals and that it was easy, but then you write at the end you don't understand how to do it. Did you mean to write percentages into fractions instead of fractions into decimals?
